		Antenna is mounted on rooftops. TPI recently proposed to flush mount this antenna and color them to match the walls of the building to show an architectural treatment of the building thereby minimizing any adverse impacts. TPI processes many roof top installations through Administrative reviews in the District of Columbia, Arlington County, and City of Alexandria and through 2232’s in the northern Virginia jurisdictions. With TPI’s effective networking in the jurisdictions, the zoning can be approved and the building permits expedited in a very short time.
		TPI processed this Collocation Application in Fairfax County. The company procured the 2232 Application through the Planning Commission. Due to the company familiarity with the process and the networking with the Department of Planning and Zoning and the elected Planning Commissioners, the case was placed on the agenda and approved faster than the three month process. TPI also filed for the Building Permit through the fast track process and procured the permit in a day for construction to proceed
